Mr. Jean Berchmans TUGIRIMANA

Mr. Jean Berchmans TUGIRIMANA is a passionate public health and community development professional with over 15 years of experience in HIV programming, project management, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilization, advocacy, and human rights. He currently serves as the Programs Monitoring & Evaluation and Resource Mobilization Officer at the Rwanda Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (RRP+), where he leads program planning, performance monitoring, proposal development, partnership building, and resource mobilization to strengthen community-led HIV responses.

He holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Kigali and a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a specialization in Environmental Management from the National University of Rwanda. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with government institutions, development partners, and civil society organizations to design and implement evidence-based programs that promote health, human rights, and sustainable community development
