Mr. Jean Baptiste TWIZEYIMANA

Mr. Jean Baptiste TWIZEYIMANA is an experienced community development professional with over nine years of expertise in HIV response, project coordination, and community systems strengthening. He currently serves as the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Program Manager and Acting Communication Officer at the Rwanda Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (RRP+), where he leads initiatives that strengthen community engagement, improve accountability, and enhance the quality of HIV services.   He is an MBA in Project Management candidate at the Independent University of Kigali (UNILAK) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Rwanda.   His professional expertise includes HIV programming, community-led monitoring, advocacy, reporting, communication, and community mobilization. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with government institutions, including the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC), as well as numerous local and international development partners, including USAID/IGIRE, UNAIDS, GIZ, UPHLS, RICH, RNGOF, the World Food Programme (WFP), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and ACHIEVE Rwanda. His work focuses on strengthening community-led responses, fostering strategic partnerships, and improving health outcomes through evidence-based programming and meaningful community engagement.
