His career spans diverse industries, including printing, media, banking, education, and health, where he has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in organizational development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.

He is passionate about teaching and has extensive experience delivering courses in Strategic Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management. Beyond academia, Dr. MUTAMBUKA is an accomplished Community Advocacy and HIV Impact Leader, Marketing and Communications Expert, and specialist in Media and Communication for Social and Behavior Change.
