Work Together as a Support Network
RRP+ needs a strong organizational capacity to focus on strengthening its structure from national to the lowest levels; ensuring representativeness of key groups of HIV infected and affected people; ensuring capacity development of staff and member organizations; and building a strong monitoring and evaluation system.
RRP+ also improves and even strengthens partnership with Local leaders and authorities, health facilities, donors, national and international organizations and other partners in HIV response. By now RRP+ stands as follows:
- RRP+ has an administrative structure from National to Sector level
- RRP+ provides capacity development for staff and stakeholders
- Conducts regular mentorship, supervision and coaching activities for
RRP+ member organizations, including associations, cooperatives and
NGOs.
